To create an Advisor, start by accessing the Dealers Module and select the EMD to which you would like to add an advisor.
Within the Advisors tab, select + Add Advisor.
3. Under “New Advisor” complete all required fields with as much detail as possible and then hit 'Save'.
Once the advisor is created in your system, you are able to edit the profile at any time under the Advisor Details tab. Here you can also view some helpful metrics and graphs and send the advisor an activation link to create their portal. Please note the link will expire after 48 hours.
You are also given the ability to add documents and notes to the advisor profile under the Document Control tab. Please note, this area is for internal record keeping and will not be shared with the advisor.
Once you have your advisors created in your system, navigate to your Admin module and define the permission settings for your advisors in the 'Advisor Settings' tab. Please note, these settings are global and will apply to all advisors in your system.
