Once the Advisor Assistant module is activated, you will have the ability to add two additional user types into your system: Assistant (Full Access) and Assistant (Limited Access). This module has been designed with Many-to-Many capabilities, meaning any number of Assistants and Advisors can be assigned to each other.
Any active Assistants (Full Access), and Assistants (Limited Access) added to your system will be subject to a $100.00/user/month fee.
1. To create an Advisor or Assistant user, click the “+ Add Advisor or Assistant” button and choose the type of profile you want to create.
2. This drop-down menu allows you to filter the users visible within this table by user type.
3. This additional column displays the user type. Click the header to sort by
user type.
