Assistant (Full Access)

An Assistant (Full Access) has all the same permissions as an Advisor. They can access the Issuers Module, Investors Module, Transactions Module, and the Reports Module. This includes any transactional commission data.

In their Dashboard, an Assistant (Full Access) can view the total Capital Raised, Commission, and Issuer totals from their assigned Advisors.

Within the Investors Module, assistants will see all investors associated with their assigned Advisor(s). Assistants can add new investors or edit existing investors.

Within the Transactions Module, assistants will see all transactions associated with their assigned Advisor(s), including the commission paid on each transaction.

Assistant (Limited Access)

Assistants (Limited Access) have similar permissions to Advisors, except that any areas containing transactional commission data have been removed from the Assistant (Limited Access) view. They can access the Issuers Module, the Investors Module, and the Transactions Module.

The Assistant (Limited Access) Dashboard will not contain the Commissions graph. An Assistant (Limited Access) will also not be able to access the Reports Module because of the prevalence of commission data within the reports produced in this Module. Should an Advisor require an Assistant (Limited Access) to produce reports, their access must first be toggled to Full within the Admin Module of an Admin account.

This access can be granted or revoked at any time (see the Editing an Assistant guide which is added at the bottom of this article)

As with the Assistant (Full Access), the Assistant (Limited Access) can view all investors associated with their assigned Advisor(s) within the Investors Module. They can also add new investors and edit existing investors.

Within the Transactions Module, they will see all transactions associated with their assigned Advisor(s). However, the column containing the commission paid has been removed.
