Make Offering Viewable Offering Toggle

The "Make Offering Viewable" toggle, also located in the "Edit Offering" section of an offering's details, allows users to define whether an Offering's details are able to viewed by advisors. When this toggle is set to ON it will appear as "Viewable" in the Offerings table.

If the "Make Offering Viewable" toggle is set to OFF, it will be marked with an (x) in the Offerings table and will no longer be viewable to advisors. This means that advisors will be able to see the offering listed within an issuer but they will be unable to access additional details. Advisors will also see a message stating (Access Denied by EMD).

The offering will be always be viewable to admin users, so they can view details of the offering including Overview, Current Market Value, Offering Details, and Document Control.

When the "Make Offering Viewable" toggle is set to OFF, advisors will not be able to select the offering from the dropdown list to create a transaction.

Available to Create Transactions Toggle

The "Available to Create Transactions" toggle allows users to define which offerings are considered active and are accepting transactions. When this toggle is set to ON, the offering will be considered "Active" and will be marked with a checkmark in the Offerings table located within the issuer overview page.

When "Available to Create Transactions" is set to ON, advisors will be able to select the offering from the following dropdown list to create transactions.

If this toggle is set to OFF, the offering will be removed from the advisor's dropdown list to create a transaction. When "Available to Create Transactions" is set to OFF, the offering will appear as an inactive offering. The offering will still be available in the dropdown lists for admin users to create transactions individually and as batches.

If ALL offerings for a single issuer have "Available to Create Transactions" set to OFF, the issuer will be added to the "Inactive Issuers & Offerings" tab located within the Issuer module for both admin users and advisors.
