As an investor, you have the ability to change your password under your Investor profile settings. Please follow the steps below.

1. Click the drop down on the top right hand side of your screen.

2. Click 'Profile'.

3. Scroll down to find the 'Change Password' section.

4. Change your password and click update.

If you have forgotten your password, please use the URL portal.exemptedge.com where they can reset their password by selecting the 'Forgot Your Password?' button and follow the steps to create a new password.

If you are trying to create a new portal for a new company but you have forgotten your password, you will have to first reset your password here. Once this is done, you can return to the Account Activation email you received and use your current credentials (the password you have just created) to create your new portal and link them together.
