When reviewing a transaction, it can be helpful to have a quick reference point for any conflicts that may impact it. Our system allows the ability to indicate that such conflicts may exist on both the Offering and the Advisor level. Below is a review of how these can be added and the impact they will have on transactions.
Adding Offering-Level Conflicts
When setting or editing an Offering's details, a conflict can be disclosed by selecting one of the options available in the drop-down menu.
Adding Advisor-Level Conflicts
When setting or editing an Advisor's details, a conflict can be disclosed by selecting one of the options available in the drop-down menu.
Viewing Conflicts on Transactions
When viewing a transaction's details, both Offering and Advisor conflicts will be disclosed at the bottom of the window. If no conflict was provided, there will simply be a dash.
Options
When selecting from the Conflicts menu, there are four possible options, which can be used as needed. These settings are not related to any other area of the system besides the transaction details as noted above.
