The KYP Shelf Status table is located under the KYP Offering Overview tab in the Know Your Product module.

KYP Shelf Status - Offering

The offerings names in the KYP Shelf Status table are clickable links which allow users to directly navigate to the offering's overview tab and review the offerings details.

KYP Shelf Status - Available Purchase & Available Non- Purchase

The KYP Shelf Status column provides an exportable summary of the status for all the offerings on the shelf.

Admin Users and Shelf Managers can see at a glance which of their offerings are available for Purchase transactions and for Non-Purchase transactions.

The active/disabled status and the expiration dates listed in both columns reflect the active KYP Options settings.

The KYP Status for an offering is automatically updated when the KYP Options settings for the offering are updated.

Please note: An email notification, in the format below, is sent to Admin Users and Shelf Managers 30 days, 15 days and 1 day before the expiration of an offering's KYP Status.
