In honor of our 100th sprint, we wanted to highlight some of the new features and improvements that we have made recently.
Front-Facing Onboarding Tools
The ability to import Income, Interest, Return of Capital, and DRIP transactions based on a specific template have now been added as an option within the Front-Facing Onboarding module. We have also added the ability to import Redemption transactions as well.
Branch Manager
Dealers have the ability to track branch manager commissions in their system. Also, the Branch Manager users have their own dashboard where they can
view metrics on their team such as total selling advisors for a given date
period, total sales by offering and a deal pipeline that records
transaction totals for different statuses.
Advisor Dashboard
The Advisor Dashboard will provide advisor’s with KPI (Key Performance Indicator) metrics based on activity within their system. The dashboard will provide a high-level overview of their deal pipeline, commission goals, total capital raised, and calendar events. Some key highlights of this development include:
Deal Pipeline – Advisors will be able to view the total number of deals, total net amounts, and commission values for various transaction statuses throughout the system.
Customizable Commission Targets – Advisors will be able to set monthly, quarterly, and yearly commission goals with displayed progress tracking.
Total Sales by Offering – Advisors can use an interactive display to extract sales metrics based on total capital raised for specific products across different time horizons.
Ability to multi-select offerings - Batch transaction update
Users can now select multiple offerings when using the Batch transaction update tool, allowing users to assign batch numbers to and update transaction status across multiple products.
Future Transaction Batch Module - Update
Users with this module enabled can now generate transactions created as a batch for a future period. Validation is in place to ensure that begin and end period dates are defined when creating the batches ensuring correct distribution calculations. Any change in position (Buy/DRIP/Redemption/Sale) between the batch creation date and the high date of this transaction batch will not be recalculated. Navigation between Investor Portal and Back Office
Users will no longer be logged out of their back office when viewing an investor profile. To improve navigation between the investor portal and the back office, you can now return to your back office by clicking the ‘Return to Main Page’ link located in the top right ‘hamburger’ dropdown of the investor portal.
Dealer Edge - New ‘Commissions’ Tab – Transaction Details
Key updates to how commissions are displayed and edited by admin users on Dealer Edge have been released. This is a change from the current workflow, where commissions were previously editable from within the ‘Edit Transaction’ page, they will now be editable from the ‘Commissions’ tab within the transaction details page. This change was implemented to improve UX when reviewing and editing transaction commissions and enhance scalability. Key areas displayed include:
Transaction Commissions: Includes editable fields which display the total transaction and admin commissions.
Total Payable Commission: The total commissions which are payable to advisors and now display the remaining transaction commission not included in the advisor’s grid.
Advisor Commission Breakdown: Summarizes the referral percentages and dollar amount to be paid to each referral and the remaining commissions available payable to the advisor.
