Investor Export Updates
We added a new column to the Investor Export to display linked investors. When an investor has multiple linked investors they will all be shown in the new column with dividing commas separating them.
Statement
A small update was done to the Account Statement (Activity) where we added a hyphen between the Issuer and Offering name.
General
We removed the Offering Totals table that was displayed in an issuer profile for all users on the Original Cost calculation method. Going forward, users should create an Offering Securities Export in order to view the current holdings with an offering.
We made some changes within the Offering Details tab. We removed the Type fields from the ‘Offering Commission’ section, and we renamed Commission to Commission % and Administration Commission to Administration Commission %.
Now when an investor profile is added to the system, an automated investment action will also be created with details such as Name, Date, and who created the profile.
We recently added a column titled ‘Active 2FA’ to the Advisor Export to indicate whether the individual advisors have their Two-Factor Authentication on or off.
An Admin Export has been created for all Dealer admin users within our system. Columns included in the Exports are ‘Status’ to indicate Active or Inactive profiles, ‘Admin Name’, ‘Email’, ‘Role Type’, and ‘Active 2FA’. This function can now be located under the Admin Module.
Within the Position Template, a new Cost Per Unit column was added so that the user can define this field for each individual transaction. The column was added between Shares/Unit (column AG) and Gross Amt (column AH). When a value is present in the Cost Per Unit column it will now override the offering CPU, if a value is not present in the Cost Per Unit column the transaction would be added with the offering CPU.
