General

We updated the Show Investor toggle on documents when email notifications are being sent within the Transaction Document and Investor Document table. When ‘Yes’ is selected for the email notifications question the show Investor toggle will be turned on when documents are uploaded. If ‘No’ is selected the current functionality stays the same and the show Investor toggle will stay off when the document is uploaded.

Offering Securities Export

A significant figure update was applied to the Offering Securities Export. The Units column will now be rounded based on your Unit Decimal Points setting within the offering. Additionally, if an Investor's units have a negative value, this will now be visible in your Offering Securities Export report when the Show Zero Units toggle is enabled.

Rolling Cap

We've just updated the Rolling Cap graph in the Summary tab so that it will now update in real time. Whenever any Buy transactions under the Offering Memorandum Exemptions have been updated with the status of either Approved, Approved-Awaiting Issuer, or Closed/Settled, our Rolling Cap graph will automatically reflect those values.

Now users will have the ability to select the transaction status when uploading a transaction-related file.
