How to create, modify, and publish your Exempt Market Dealership profile using EdgeLink Connect

As a Dealer, you will be able to create a unique profile for your dealership. This profile can be created and managed from the Manage Profile tab, third from the right. Please note that this tab is only available to Administration User and Administration Support user types.

From here, you can provide all of the information you would like to present about your business.

  1. Add Card Details

Information entered in this section will form the card that is displayed in the Network tab. A few key things to note:

  • The image uploaded must have a minimum dimension of 360x200.

  • The short description entered cannot exceed 100 characters.

  • Some information will be taken directly from the details provided within the offering's set-up details. You can change these within the profile at any time.

2. Create Main Profile

The name of your product, as it will be displayed in the Network, can be modified in this section, to a maximum of 22 characters. You can also upload a larger image to welcome anyone who is interested in finding out more about your product.

We have divided the area where you can provide a detailed description of your product into 4 sections. A short description for each has been provided below:

  • Who We Are - Provide information about your company and/or management team

  • Our Mission - Describe what you bring to the table and why others should be interested

  • Our Investment Philosophy - Paint a picture of what your firm stands for and what sets you apart

  • Track Record - Showcase your successes

You can arrange information however you would like in these sections, but they cannot be re-ordered. Any section left blank will be hidden from your profile, therefore you do not need to provide information in each of them.

3. Attach Documents

In the Documents tab, click + Add Documents and select from your computer or drag and drop your desired files. Please note, only .pdf file types are supported. You can change the display name of the file if desired, and upload the document.

Save the Profile

Once you've completed the profile, three options are available to you:

  • Cancel - Your changes will not be saved, and the profile will remain in the status it was in before the changes were started.

  • Save - This will create the profile, but in a draft status. This profile will not be added to the Network. From here, two options will be available to you:

    • Publish

    • Edit

  • Save and Publish - This will create the profile and post it to the Network at the same time.

Advisor Access

If you want your Advisors to have access to EdgeLink Connect, you can give them the permission through the Advisor Settings in your Admin Settings.
