How to view and manage messages received through EdgeLink Connect

Any messages sent to you by another participant in the Network will be available in the Messages tab. The table will contain all of the information available about the message:

  • Profile Name → the display name of the profile from which the sending party clicked the [Send Message] button

  • Contact Name → system username of the user who sent the message

  • Contact email → system email of the user who sent the message

  • Message → content of the message

  • Date Sent → date the message was sent

  • Actions the envelope will remove the "New" tag on the message
    → the trashcan will delete the message

It is not possible to reply to the message from within this table, it is simply meant as an inbox to record the messages of those who have contacted you.

Within the 'Settings' tab, you are able to define contact(s) for all new inquiries to be directed to. Those users defined as contacts will be notified via email when a new message is received.

Please note, messages can be deleted at any time, but cannot be recovered once deleted.
