Reinvestment updates are communicated both Issuer to Dealer and Dealer to Issuer

When a Reinvestment % for an investor's position is edited (by either the drip icon, a transaction update or during a distribution), this change would be communicated to the connected party of the offering or position.

*This reinvestment update would only be received by the connected party if they have an active EdgeLinked position.

The update to the connected party would display the below detail in their EdgeLink Pending Updates table:

Request Type - Reinvestment Update

Company - Name of Connected Party

Updated On - Requested Date

Updated By - Initiator of the change

Details - Investors name - reinvestment change details

Action - Accept or Decline

*Note: Any residual transactions created as a result of the reinvestment update will also need to be accepted as a Pending Transaction.
