Investor Batch Update

Update investor settings for multiple profiles at a time

You have the ability to batch update certain investor profile settings if necessary, avoiding the inconvenience of individually updating each investor profile at a time.

Navigate to the Investor Module and select ‘Investor Batch Update’ tab.



When this tab is selected, you will be given the option to filter your search criteria for investors who you want to apply the update to.

After you click 'Search Investors', all of the investors who meet the criteria you have defined will appear (much like how you are able to filter for transactions in the 'Batch Transactions' table).

The settings you can choose to update are as listed below (with the following drop-down options):

  • Set Active: [Yes/No]

  • Set Communication Preference: [Email/Print]

  • Set Statement Frequency: [Monthly/Quarterly]

  • Set Statement Notification: [Yes/No]

  • Set Trade Confirmation Notification: [Yes/No]

  • Set Investor Viewable Documents Notification: [Yes/No]

  • Set EE-Sign Notification: [Yes/No]

Next, you are given the ability to select all investors, select none, or select individually to be included in the batch update. To select all, you can very simply select the 'All' button at the top of the table. To select individual investors, you will have to manually select each toggle associated with the investor you wish to include.



Once you are ready to process your update, you can hit 'Save Selected'. The status of your batch will be available in the 'Investor Batch Updates Records' tab. This record will also display the date the update was performed, the number of profiles updated, as well as list the updates that were made.
