You are able to generate an Assets Under Management (AUM) Report which will show all of the positions related to a particular Owning Advisor in the system. Users will be able to review this data for an advisor in order to meet regulatory requirements.

Currently, owning admin users are able to generate the report and it is not available for advisors and assistants to create yet.

If an investor has multiple positions, each of them would be listed as separate rows on the report rather than one aggregate value.

To create this report, navigate to the Reports module. Select 'Advisor Assets Under Management' from the 'Choose Report Export Type' drop-down menu.

From here, you are able to select the applicable offering(s) and choose the Owning Advisor. Please note, if no offerings are selected, then by default all offerings that the advisor has sold will be included in the report.

You are also given the ability to define whether you want to Show Zero Units. If turned off, investors that have zero or near zero units will not be shown in the batch list. If turned on, all investors associated with this offering will be shown, regardless of whether or not they hold any units currently.

Once you have defined your criteria, you can select 'Export' and your report will be queued in the Reports/Exports tab.

The report will appear in the Reports table and will be available to download in an Excel file.

The following headers are listed in the report:

  • Owning Advisor

  • Province

  • Email

  • Account Owner

  • Trust Company/Bank

  • Account Type

  • Account Number

  • Issuer

  • Offering

  • Units

  • Average Cost Per Unit

  • Position Cost

  • CMV Per Unit

  • Current Market Value
