The Request Tracker is where you can find an exportable tracking of all submitted help requests.Within this table you will also be able to review the issue, who sent the request, when they sent it, who it is assigned to, and the status.

  1. To find the Request Tracker go to the Admin Module. Select the Help Requests Tab.

2. Select Add Request. Fill out the fields and press Send Help Request.

3. You can also export your requests onto an Excel spreadsheet by clicking on the Export button.
