Help topics are designed to help your Advisors with their portal.
1. To find the Help Subject go into the Admin Module. Select the Help Requests Tab.
2. Select Add Subject complete all fields with as much detail as possible
*The Position will direct where, in the help drop down, this newly created topic will appear
3. Assign any specific person to follow up with the all request under this topic, if no email is imputed, by default the help request will be sent to whoever you have setup in the Support Email under Company Details Tab.
4. Click Save.
