To create and Issuer and an Offering start by accessing the Issuers Module
1. Click Add Issuer
2. Under “Add Issuer Profile” complete all fields with as much detail as possible
3. Click Save
There will be some high-level details on the Issuer available for review within the Issuers dashboard
To create an Offering find the new Issuer you created within the Issuers and Offerings Dashboard
Confirm any if you need to update any further details for the issuer
2. Click Add Offering
3. Under “Add Offering” complete all offering fields with as much detail as possible
4. Click Save
Within the offering you will find summary details on Total $ Invested, Investment Status, Current Market Value, Offering Details, a list of Securities sold, and any offering specific documents and Marketing materials.
