Depending on your requirements Client Statements can be created two different ways, Individually or in a Batch.

Individually - If you require a single report you can do this through the Investor Module.

1. Access the Investor Module by clicking on the icon

2. Select the investor profile that you want to view.

3. While on the Overview tab of the profile, scroll down to the Securities Held by Investor window, click Preview Statement

4. Edit the ‘Choose a date range to preview’


5. Choose ‘What type of report information you want included in your statement?’

Core

a. Account Statement (Activity)– Shows all transactions (Buy, Sell, DRIP, Income, etc.) per investment account, listed in chronological order.
b. Account Statement (Holdings Only) - Shows an investment summary within each Account.

c. Account Statement (With Position Cost) – Shows an overview of the investors Position Cost and Current Market Value by account.

d. Investment Performance Report (by Account) – Shows ‘individual investment performance’ by account over time (year(s) one, three, five, ten, and since inception)

e. Report on Charges and Other Compensation - Shows the fees and commission totals within a given date range.

Supplemental
a. Investment Performance Report (by Account) – Shows ‘individual investment performance’ by account over time (year(s) one, three, five, ten, and since inception)
b. Investment Performance Report by Offering (Charts) - Shows ‘investment account performance’ by offering in a chart format over time (year(s) one, three, five, ten, and since inception)

c. Investment Performance Report by Offering (Information Table) - Shows ‘individual investment performance’ by offering in a non-chart format over time (year(s) one, three, five, ten, and since inception)

d. Investment Performance Report by Account (Information Table) - Shows ‘investment account performance’ by account in a non-chart format over time (year(s) one, three, five, ten, and since inception)
e. Investment Holdings Across Accounts by Offering - Shows the total invested (including distributions and ROC) of each security.

6. Click Show Preview


7. Print or save as required but this process will not automatically post anything to the investor portal.

Batch - This is the only method to post a statement to the investor portal and it can be accomplished in the Batch Statements Module.

1. Choose which statement type you want to send (details on each statement type are included above)

2. Edit the ‘Date Range’ field


3. Confirm what date you want the statements pulled for in the ‘What day do you want the Statements generated?” field.


4. Confirm yes/no ‘Should investors have access to this statement?’

5. Confirm ‘Who will this run be sent to?’

  1. Every Investor

  2. Monthly Reporting Investor (this option is picked when you create the investor profile)

  3. Custom

6. Confirm the Header and Footer, which is either the default text that you have defined in the Statement Setting tab in the admin module or, you can also create a custom message by clicking ‘Custom’ in the drop-down and then ‘Edit Intro'.


7. Click Create Batch


8. Your report status will appear in the ‘Statement Batches’ table below

9. Review and confirm the report by clicking ‘Details’. If you wish to remove an investor from the batch, meaning that they will not receive a statement, you can turn off their 'Show Investor' toggle.

Also, you can select 'Statement Batch Details Export' if you would rather review all of the investor's settings and preferences within an Excel report.


10. Click Start Run when you have verified all of the information and statements will get generated. Please note, the email communication for statements is sent out immediately.

11. You can download all of the statements for all investors who have their Communication Preference set to print. 100 print statements is the maximum amount that can be downloaded.

12. The statements that have been sent to each individual investor can be viewed within the Statement History tab of their profile.
