To view the Request Tracker, select the Help Request Tab within your Admin Module.
The Request Tracker is where you can find an exportable tracking of all submitted help requests. Within this table you will also be able to review the issue, who sent the request, when they sent it, who it is assigned to, and the status.
Using the Request Tracker you can also add in any additional requests that may not have come in via the Client Portal by Selecting + Add Request and filling in all applicable details.
The Help Subjects table is where you can create/edit who the issue is assigned to, and the issue of the help request. There is already a list of general help topics created for you, you can edit these or create new ones.
