Cancelling Transactions

To cancel a transaction go into the Transactions Module.

From there, find the transaction you would like to cancel and click on the Transaction Number. 



Next, select Edit Transaction:


You will then need to change the Status of the Transaction to "Cancel/Retire Transaction."


Once a transaction is cancelled, it can be deleted from your system.




Please note, if you need to edit a Transfer transaction, you must do so from the Transfer Out (not the Transfer In). Set the status of the transaction back to 'In Progress' to make your updates. Once you hit Save, the new updates will apply automatically to the Transfer In transaction.
