In order for a form to populate with the correct information it will need to first be formatted using a PDF Editing Software (Adobe Acrobat Pro or a similar program). Using the PDF editor you will be able to indicate which sections need to be filled in.

Do this by creating a text field where desired and naming the text field using the correct fillable field code (full list below).

Once a prepared document has been uploaded into your Exempt Edge system, any section that has been coded correctly will automatically populate with the appropriate information when downloaded or printed. Users will still be able to type into fields without a code and also edit any pre-populated details.

This feature works throughout Exempt Edge, for all user types. Pre-filled documents can uploaded to Investor Templates, Approved Required Documents on offerings, Transactions, Investor Profiles, etc.
