Once you have made a connection, you will be able to share information.

1. You will receive a notification when a Dealer sends you a transaction request.

2. Click on your EdgeLink module to view the transaction under the Pending Transactions tab.

3. By clicking on the transaction number (Tran#) you can review the details of the transaction. 

4. After reviewing, you can either Cancel, Return or Accept the transaction. If you return or cancel a transaction there will be an area for you to enter in an explanation.

  1. Accept - indicates that the trade is approved.
  2. Return - indicates that the trade is rejected but provides an opportunity for the EMD to provide more information, based on your notes.
  3. Cancel - indicates that the trade is rejected.
