You can access your Exempt Edge invoices right from within the software. Along with an internal invoice you will be emailed a copy. If there are additional billing contacts that should receive the email please email success@exemptedge.com to inform the team of who you would like to be added.

The email will be addressed from: Exempt Edge . Please do not reply to this email.

To access your invoices, go to “Billing” within your profile drop-down in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

If you have any active invoices you will be taken to an invoice screen where you can see your most recent invoice. You can download your invoice from here and if you still need to make a payment you can do so by entering your credit card details and selecting “Submit Payment”

To access historic invoices (this will be from June 2019 forward) go to “Select Invoice” in the right-hand corner and select from the drop-down.

You can also store your credit card to allow for automated billing. To add or update your credit card details go to the “Automatic Payments” tab and enter your credit card details and select “Save Credit Card”
