Offering Document Updates

If any files within the "Document Control" tab of an EdgeLink-connected Offering - Approved Offering Documents, Approved Marketing Material, or Approved Investor Updates (Offering) - are added or updated by the Issuer, the system will send an update to any connected party of your Offering.

Connected Party Receiving the Offering Update

Any change or update to the Offering, CMV or Documents would need to be reviewed by the receiving party in their EdgeLink "Pending Updates" table - to either be accepted or declined.

The update to the connected party would display the below detail in their EdgeLink Pending Updates table:

Request Type - Offering Update

Updated On - Requested Date

Updated By - Initiator of the change

Details - a summary of the original and updated data

Action - Accept or Decline

If available, clicking 'Review' on the pending update would display the changed information for you to review. Connected users could either accept or decline the update.

  1. Accept

    1. When clicked, the information in the receiving party’s system is updated.

  2. Decline

    1. When this is clicked, the Offering information is not updated and the notification goes away.
