Once a signing request has been sent, the signer (Primary, Joint, Signature Verifier and Advisor) will receive an email in their inbox with a signature request and link.

When the link is followed, the user will be prompted to log into their Investor Portal. If a signer does not have an Exempt Edge Investor Portal, they will be taken to a private "single-use" signing portal to complete the process.

Signers will be notified when it is their “turn” (Primary, Joint, Signature Verifier and Advisor) to sign.

Once the user has logged into their portal, they will see an EE-Sign Acknowledgment that they must consent to before viewing and completing the signature request.
