Upload Avatar
To update the avatar navigate to "Your Profile", this is accessible in the top right-hand corner of your screen. You should see the option to "Upload Avatar".
By clicking the "Choose File" button, users can upload a jpeg, jpg,or png image.
Users can adjust the zoom of the image using "Scale." Users can also adjust the orientation of the image by selecting portrait or landscape sliders.
Once the desired look is achieved, click "Save Avatar".
Advisor Two-Factor Authentication
On the profile page you will see a toggle to “Enable Two-Factor Authentication” and click save.
You will now be presented with a QR code which you will need to capture with your mobile device, or authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Last pass, Etc.). Simply hold your phone up to your computer to ‘Scan QR Code’ and capture the QR code provided.
The next time you log in you will be asked to verify with the code provided by your Authenticator app.
If you have issues logging in or if you are not able to authenticate your account you can reset the two-factor authentication by clicking the forgot password option on the login.
Change Your Account Password
Update your password by entering your current password and then your new one. Then click "Save New Password".
