How to generate an Export Securities report to view a list of Investors holdings and Current Market Value on a per-offering level.
From the Issuers module, under one of the tabs below, search the issuer or the offering you would like the list of Investors for :
Active Issuers & Offerings tab
Inactive Issuers & Offerings tab
On the Issuer's profile, scroll down to the Offerings subsection then click the applicable offering.
Within the offering, under the Overview tab scroll down to the Securities subsection.
Locate the Export Securities button on the right-end side of the page.
Define the High Date For Export and enable the Show Zero Units toggle if necessary, then click Export Securities.
Your report will be viewable in the Report/Exports module under the Reports/Exports tab. You will be able to download the report as a CSV file.
