Tab Overview

In this area, you will find 2 tables:

Offerings

This table provides a list of all profiles you have created, whether they are currently active in the Network or not.

Documents

This table provides a list of all documents you have uploaded with the purpose of attaching them to your profiles.

Creating a Profile

To add a new profile to your Network we suggest beginning with the upload of all documents you will want to attach to the profile. This will create a more seamless process as you will not have to come back and edit the profile later to attach documents. Here are our suggested steps:

  1. Upload Documents

    1. In the Documents tab, click + Add Documents

    2. Select from your computer or drag and drop your desired files. Please note, only .pdf file types are supported.

    3. Change the display name of the file, if desired

    4. Upload the documents

  • A display name can be assigned to each of the documents added to your Documents table. For example, if I have uploaded documents called Offering Memorandum Series A, Offering Memorandum Series B, and Offering Memorandum Series C, I can change all of their display names to Offering Memorandum. This allows me to keep a more descriptive name in my documents table to ensure I am attaching the right document to the right table, while also presenting a cleaner name to those browsing my profile.

  • Please note that the order in which the documents are uploaded is the order in which they will be presented on profiles, therefore upload the documents you would like displayed at the top of the documents list first.

2. Add Offering

a. In the Offering tab, click + Add Offering

b. You will be redirected to a new page where you must select the offering for which you are creating a profile. Only offerings not currently associated to a profile will be selectable. Once you offering is selected, you will be brought to a new window to create your profile.

This list of offerings is taken directly from those in your system so if the offering has not been created yet, you can do this first by following these instructions:

3. Add Card Details

Information entered in this section will form the card that is displayed in the Network. A few key things to note:

  • The image uploaded must have a minimum dimension of 360x200.

  • The short description entered cannot exceed 100 characters.

  • Some information will be taken directly from the details provided within the offering's set-up details. You can change these within the profile at any time.

4. Create Main Profile

The name of your product, as it will be displayed in the Network, can be modified in this section, to a maximum of 22 characters. You can also upload a larger image to welcome anyone who is interested in finding out more about your product.

We have divided the area where you can provide a detailed description of your product into 6 sections. A short description for each has been provided below:

  • About Us - Tell us about your company and/or the product's management team

  • Our Product - Describe what you are offering and why others should be interested

  • Investment Strategy - Inform on what you will do to make this product a success

  • Investment Highlights - Showcase what sets this product apart

  • Exit Strategy - Paint a picture for the end of life of this product

  • News & Insights - Share information and updates about this product and/or your company

You can arrange information however you would like in these sections, but they cannot be re-ordered. Any section left blank will be hidden from your profile, therefore you do not need to provide information in each of them.

5. Attach Documents

By clicking the + Add Document, the list of documents you added to your system in Step 1. will be available. Simply select the ones you would like to associate to this profile.

6. Save the Profile

Once you've completed the profile, two options are available to you:

  • Cancel - Erases your changes or deletes the entire profile if this is a new, previously unsaved profile.

  • Save - This will create the profile but in draft status. This profile will not be added to the Network.

  • Save and Publish - This will create the profile and post it to the Network at the same time.

Managing Existing Profiles

All existing profiles are displayed in the main table, listed in descending order based on the 'Last Modified' date.

Actions

Three actions can be performed on an existing profile:

  1. Preview - This allows you to view your profile as it would appear to other users on the Network. From this page, 2 additional actions are available:

    1. Edit

    2. Publish

  2. Duplicate - This will create a new profile that contains the exact same information as the original, with the offering details pulled directly from the offering in your system. This new profile will have the same name as the original with (copy) added to the end.

  3. Delete - this will permanently delete your profile.

Statuses

A profile can exist in 1 of 4 statuses:

  1. Draft - This status applies to any profile that has been created or edited but not published to the Network.

  2. Copy - This status applies to any profile that has been duplicated from another. Once the profile is edited or published, its status can no longer return to Copy.

  3. Published - This status indicates that the profile is now visible to other participants in the Network.

  4. Inactive - This status applies to any profile that was published to the Network, then Unpublished, and has not been edited since.
