Review your document and add any tags as required.
1. This section will define the signers assigned to the documents. If there are any additional signers click “+ Add Signatory” (#13).
2. This drop-down will allow you to choose which signer you are currently editing signature tags for (Primary, Joint, Signature Verifier and Advisor).
* additional options will only display as you define them within the “+ Add Signatory” (#13) .
3. This button allows you to add signature tags. Ensure you have the correct signer defined (#2), click the "Sign Here" icon and then click the area you want signed within the document. You can resize the tag by dragging the edges or corners.
4. This button allows you to add initial tags. Ensure you have the correct signer defined (#2), click the “Initial Here” icon and then click on the area you want initialed within the document. You can resize the tag by dragging the edges or corners.
5. This button allows you to add a signing date. This date auto-populates with the date the document is signed, and cannot be edited by the signer
6. This button allows you to add typed text to the document. Click the "Text" button, then click and drag on the document to create a text box.
6a. These buttons allow you to adjust the font, font size, and colour of added text or drawn lines.
7. This button allows you to draw on the document. Ensure you have defined the colour and size of your drawn lines (#6a), then click "Draw". Click and drag on the document to create your line.
8. This button allows you to leave a comment that will be visible to all signers. The comment will appear prior to them viewing the document for signing.
9. These buttons allow you to delete the last edit or tag to the document, or Clear all edits and tags.
10. These arrows allow you to navigate between the pages within the document.
11. These arrows allow you to navigate between the different documents for preparation if you have not merged them into one document.
12. This button will cancel preparation of the document(s) and navigate you back to the EE-Sign Tab.
13. This button allows you to add additional signers to the document (Joint, Signature Verifier and Advisor). You can add existing users stored within your system, or add new ones by typing their name and email address.
14. Sends the signature request to the first signer.
